You always bring your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and your own Postmark. inboxroot never charges for mailboxes — only for the automation around them, and the mailboxes themselves stay free on both providers.
What will I actually pay, all in?
Whatever your existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscription already costs — unchanged, because inboxroot adds no seats — plus Postmark for what you send, which starts free and is usage-based after that. inboxroot's own fee is the only new line, and during beta it is zero.
Does adding domains increase any of those bills?
Not the Microsoft or Google one. Secondary domains are free on both, as are shared mailboxes and Google Groups. The only setup that costs a seat is choosing a real Workspace user for a domain instead of a Group, and the console labels that option as paid before you pick it.
