Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026 · Draft

Draft notice. These are starting-point terms, not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review and adapt them for your jurisdiction and business before relying on them.

1. The service

inboxroot automates email provisioning across domains you control, using the Microsoft 365 and Postmark accounts you connect. You are responsible for those accounts and for the domains you onboard.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must own or control the domains you add, and have authority over the Microsoft 365 tenant you connect.
  • You will comply with Microsoft’s and Postmark’s terms, and with anti-spam and email laws that apply to you.
  • You are responsible for the content you send.

3. Beta

During beta the service is provided free and “as is”. Features may change, and we may impose reasonable limits. Beta users are eligible for a founder discount when paid plans launch.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive email; no attempts to disrupt the service or access other organizations’ data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues arising from your providers (Microsoft, Postmark, DNS, registrars).

6. Termination

You can stop using and delete your organization at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms.
